We have moved to a new facility and fields for Fall 2016!

Directions from I-70 West:
  • ​Take exit 41 to merge onto OH-4/OH-235, toward New Carlisle.
  • Drive 0.8 miles,  The entrance to the facility/fields will be on the right.  Look for the Modern Day Flooring store.  We are located behind the store.
Directions from I-70 East:
  • Take exit 41 to merge onto OH-4 South/OH-235, toward New Carlisle.
  • Keep left at the fork, following signs for OH-235 North, and merge on to OH-235 N.
  • Drive 1 mile,  The entrance to the facility/fields will be on the right. Look for the Modern Day Flooring store.  We are located behind the store.
Directions from US-40 West:
  • ​​​Turn left onto OH-235 South/South Dayton-Lakeview Road.
  • Drive 2.3 miles,  The entrance to the facility/fields will be on the left. Look for the Modern Day Flooring store.  We are located behind the store.
Directions from US-40 East:
  • ​​Turn right onto OH-235 South/South Dayton-Lakeview Road.
  • Drive 2.3 miles,  The entrance to the facility/fields will be on the left. Look for the Modern Day Flooring store.  We are located behind the store.
