F.C. United 2012 Black Team Finishes 2024/2025 Season
6/6/2025
The F.C. United 2012 Black Team had a successful year competing in the State Division of Buckeye Premier Soccer League. The girls finished 1st in the league in the fall, but played some tough teams at the Ohio Premier Invitational in September and the Blue Chip Juniors tournament in October. Several girls got involved in Futsal this winter and you could see these enhanced skills in play this spring.
The team finished second behind a talented Lakota team in the State Division of Buckeye this spring. They played through the rain on the first weekend of Presidents Cup, and qualified to play in the semi-finals. It was a close game, but we ended up losing 1-0.
We had a great season of growing our skills and growing our knowledge of the game, but mostly having fun on the soccer field!

Our 2010 Girls finished their season last night with a 2-0 win over Kolping. It was their first season in OSSL, and they stepped up to the challenge and finished with a record 6-1-1 and a second place finish scoring 23 goals across the campaign.
They finished 3rd out of 18 teams at the Crossroads of America College Showcase in Indianapolis, scoring 11 goals and only giving up 2.
So proud of these girls and the process they have made this season. Good luck in high school soccer and we will see you back in the Spring!
